Modern and clean. Free parking and very easy to get and out of the lot. Breakfast was very good. We weren't staying in Augsburg long but from the hotel it was a fairly easy walk to the Schaezlerpalais.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was vey good (considering it is a free breakfast), well above expectations. The rooms are very small, but for the price, adequate. The parking could be difficult when the lot hits capacity (there is a partnered lot nearby but it is a little inconvenient). However, the neighborhood is nice and safe, walking everywhere was easy. For the price, this hotel was incredible (as long as the realization is understood that the cost is a fraction of other hotels). People often want a palace regardless of how little of an amount paid. The cleanliness, amenities, and staff are all maintained at a pleasant level, if on a budget, this hotel is definitely not a disappointment.

Great location, a huge shopping centre is a 2 minute walk away. The hotel staff were all exceptional especially Fr. Salbas, she looked after us at breakfast, a very pleasant and helpful individual that made our breakfast experience very enjoyable. The only thing missing for us was that we did not have a safe in the room.
