« The rooms had a musty smell. Mattress and pillows were musty smelling, the mattress pad probably needed to be washed along with pillows. The chair and foot stool could use a cleaning too. Otherwise it was clean. »

The beds were very comfortable But that’s where it STOPS Trying to check out and make sure I had a physical or virtual receipt? Nope
Trying to find a live, real person to help me? NO making sure I have proof of my 100$ deposit that they put on my card until checkout
The man problem with this is when you come in there is a screen on a unit about as big as an ATM Right by the door It’s a live person (probably in India) that talks to you...
