Welcome to this charming mobile home in Auburn. Guests will find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a living room that also features a queen bed for extra comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. For the heater just switch thermostat to heat and for A/C switch it to cool as needed. Property is bright and inviting, this serene retreat offers a fabulous spot to relax after a day of exploring. Whether you’re unwinding inside or enjoying quiet moments, this home provides a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The stove needs to be ignited since it is a gas stove so if any air gets there you'll need to wait a few seconds with the knob on ignite. Once it is ignited change to low, high or medium as needed.
