"Property is situated in a great area and not too far a drive to the airfield. There is many things to do in the area with metz a close drive. The property was very clean with a great layout which suited our gtoup of adults a young kids. The pool was a blessing with having kids with us. I would highly recommend this property. "The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells like a public toilet, payable at the time of leaving."

"Not my first stay and not my last. Although small and compact, the rooms are always clean and comfortable for a casual stay. The furniture and bathroom always look and feel new, maybe because they are kept and cleaned very well. So I never feel like I’m in a tired building like sometimes I do in some chain hotels. Parking spaces are always available. The staff is extremely nice and professional. The free drinking water is a nice touch. I will go back for sure. "
