SMOKING is prohibited in the house!! Outside only in designated areas. Our home is a PET FREE HOUSE! 100% No Exceptions!! We are very strict in enforcing this policy. We are sensitive to guests who may have pet allergies. We can offer an off-site pet sitting service as an option. HOA bylaws do not allow Service Animals or any animals for short term rentals. This is a private establishment governed by private bylaws that supersede any other suggested rules outside the community. Additional charges will be enforced for breaking these rules! $500 fine for violating the No Pet Policy. There will be a minimum $500 fine for any damaged property identified at the completion of the stay. The minimum age to reserve the home is twenty-one years old. All stays longer than 14 days will require a mandatory cleaning that will be scheduled every 2 weeks during your stay. Our cleaning staff will provide 48-hour notice to bring clean linens and towels and to clean the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom areas. Also, if guests want to do an early check-in, it needs to be communicated with us. It will come with a fee of $75\. Due to the busy time of the year we are not able to accommodate any late check-outs as we have to prepare the property for the next guest. Thank you for your compliance and understanding.
