You’re less than 15 minutes from the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a short drive to Atlantic Station, Midtown, Virginia Highlands and Inman Park. Getting Around: Peachtree Towers has paid parking on the premises and even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! You’re conveniently located near several MARTA stations and the Atlanta Streetcar that connects downtown with the Sweet Auburn neighborhood and King Historic District for easy public transportation. Downtown and Midtown are pedestrian and bike-friendly and it’s easy to explore on foot or rent a bike. Other Things to Note: Heat & Air Conditioning: This building is run on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow. No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors.
