Great little house, best location

This was our first stay in Atlanta and we're so glad we stayed here. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to the Beltline, though we were one bike short for our family of 4 (there are 2 adult bikes, one child). The house had everything we needed, and the property management was responsive.

Great Location and Super Cute Home

My family really loved our stay here. Our home was being renovated so this was the perfect spot for us. We walked to dinner and enjoyed the belt line everyday. The back yard is very cute and all the amenities were great! Would definitely stay again. The location can't be beat

Awesome place to stay in ATL

This house was perfect for our girl’s trip. Very clean and spacious, all the amenities we needed, and excellent location. We were able to walk to some restaurants and bars, and riding the included bikes along the Beltline was so much fun! We would definitely stay again!

If you are looking to enjoy the Beltline, have easy access to downtown, enjoy the art & nightlife of Reynolds Town.. this is the right spot! Great yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths,,, all clean. Beautiful appliances, all nice & clean (with the exception of a really dirty toaster). We would definitely rent here, again.

You won't regret booking here!

I absolutely loved our stay. My family and I were in town for a conference at the Mercedes Benz stadium. 5 adults were very comfortable in the space. The listing was very accurate. I loved the kitchen and master bedroom/bath. The backyard was the cutest and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The check-in process was easy and communication was great. I'm definitely keeping this home on the list for our next visit to Atlanta!

We received a warm welcome. The house was very spacious, super clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen very well equipped. It was a pleasure to stay here. The neighborhood is very pleasant. Within 5 minutes by car you have several nice dining options. Some even within walking distance. Communication went very smoothly. Everything was done to ensure that our stay was pleasant. Recommended!

Location, Location

We had a fabulous stay! A great location near the Beltline and within a walking distance to restaurants and shops(place called Krog street Market). Also we loved using the bikes that came with the house to explore all the Beltline has to offer. The house was very clean, and the kitchen has all you need to make a great meal at home. Cute and comfortable, and the backyard was fantastic! I can’t say enough about our stay here - will definitely stay here again next time we are in Atlanta.

Great location. Dryer was broken. Ice maker on fridge was broken (during a heat wave). We received an initial response from Vacasa about these issues, but there was no follow-up and both appliances were down for the entirety of our stay.

Bungalow in Renoldstown

Nicely renovated. Great location! Dog friendly-fenced backyard, park and Beltway nearby. Very walkable. door lock is a little tricky. had to call and get the keys, as the code never did work. Had to call to get the code to shed-where the bikes are stored. Surprised that there was not a vacuum cleaner, as we always like to leave our rentals better than we found them. Bring soap and shampoo-very small samples are provided. Publix is very close. We would love to come back.

Atlanta Girls Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off when we first arrived and someone came out to fix it within a reasonable time. A different detector went off on the last night of our stay but I realized the problem was the dryer. We closed the door to the laundry area and it stopped. There was never any smoke but closing off that door fixed the problem. Overall, the property was clean, neat, and convenient to all the areas we wanted to frequent throughout our stay. The area was safe and we walked to get lunch one day to enjoy the beauty of the area. We would stay here again in the future!

Peace in the City

The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I received a text advising the home was ready and available for early check in. The pictures are accurate. This is a lovely home, it was very clean and well stocked (even included items to fight off mosquitoes) It’s located close to the interstates but also in a great location to take local streets or catch a ride share quickly. The neighborhood is diverse and welcoming. It’s a great area to find local restaurants or even order delivery. There is a lot of foot traffic, however it’s a very peaceful area. At the end of the day I felt as close to home as could be. I enjoyed both the front and back porch. The customer service is exceptional, I was traveling for work and needed to extend my stay at the last minute. The management team worked quickly to accommodate my request. They also offered a late complementary check out. I will stay at home again!
