It was good just wish the jacuzzi tub worked right. But room was nice and spacious would use again if I go back

Pros: I felt the property was situated nicely in which to exercise without having to go to a local park.
Cons: The staff's ability to handle failed Expedia reservations without making the customer feel like crap!! The jacuzzi was inoperable,
Location: Perimter Mall, Walgreens & Dunwoody train station.
As soon as I tried to register upon entry I was told: "here Take this number, Expedia didn't send our hotel the right information." While another gentleman took over and eventually spoke with the staff, it didn't happen b4 I was exploited for using Expedia and embarrassed in front of multiple guests like I checked in without having PAID IN FULL for my room. I was very disgusted.

weekend visit with family & attend funeral.

Pros: Convenient location - easy access to highway, shopping, and restaurants.
Cons: Updating the room decor - sofa bed was torn and poorly repaired. Stains on carpet.
Called ahead on Saturday morning to see if I could check in because I had to attend a funeral service at noon. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a $50.00 early check in fee which I objected to because I was not told that in advance on the phone conversation. The desk receptionist then offered to reduce the fee to $25.00 and said I should have asked if there was a fee - still not satisfied, I requested to see the manager only to be told she was on the phone. Pushed for time, I went to my room to get ready. Leaving for the funeral, I asked the front desk again if the manager was available, but told she was still on the phone. I let my anger rest through the weekend and on checking out monday morning, I went through the whole scenario again with the front desk - this time with Alison Carr - who could not have been more helpful and gracious. She said the charge would be removed and apologized for the issue. We'll have to see if the early check in fee is cancelled.

This is my second time staying at this hotel it is close to the interstate and the check in process and out are very smooth. The staff is very helping and I had no problems. Overall the rooms can be renovated but well worth the price.

Great location and comfortable stay!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a quick weekend away to Atanta. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with a welcoming smile. The room were great! Spacious and comfortable. The location was great. Close to the mall and other shopping. This hotel was just the right distance to downtown Atlanta too. We will be staying here again!

Great service, location, and facilities

Pros: The staff was prompt, professional and personable. The Director of Sales assisted personally with my reservation issue at the wine and cheese event.
Cons: N/A
Location: The location was wonderful with easy access to excellent food options, lots of shopping, and major highways and Marta station available.
The staff is great. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant, and vested in the guest's happiness. The wine and cheese events were very refreshing and surprisingly social for a group of hotel guess. The bar was rarely empty and often festive.. The location was excellent for business travelers and for many group events, such as family or class reunions. I really enjoyed the pool and sauna. I traveled for business for 3 weeks and felt that I was leaving friends when I left. I personally experience a situation where all the staff and the police were involved. And when I returned safely there was visible relief and stated happiness at my health expressed. Their true sincere concern was heart warming and shared with me for a few days.
