My hubby and I wanted a night away not too far from home and at a decent price. The pictures looked great and the price was right. The staff was attentive and responded quickly. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. 2 things that were UNACCEPTABLE: The furniture in the "living area" was HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. This is a VERY big deal because the hotel is touted as an "all-suites" hotel. We booked it because we would be staying in the hotel, hanging out by the pool then on the sofa to watch movies. It was so uncomfortable we could not sit on it for any length of time. The WORST part was the room temperature. We walked in and the room temp was 78 degrees. As it was the 4th of July week-end we wanted a MUCH cooler room. We went to set the thermostat and saw that it was already set at 65 degrees. We called the front desk and they sent someone (VERY kind and personable) up immediately who told us he'd do his best, but there was an issue with the unit being close to some type of piping. We left him to it and went to the pool. When we returned the temp had dropped only 2 degrees and didn't get below 76 degrees. We called the front desk to let them know but did not get a return call. If room 607 has temperature problems they shouldn't rent it out. (We asked people on lower floors if they were having the same issues, and they all reported NO PROBLEMS). If you decide to visit, ask for a lower floor. We won't be back.

The elevator was not leveled when it was time to exit. The microwave was not clean. Parking was not set for guest. Had to park a block away.

Honestly I went to relax and expected more comfort in the bed. The housekeeper came at 9:30 and I told her to come back.. At 2p I left the hotel asking front desk for housekeeping while I was out returning at 6p and still no sign if her. There was also a roach on the wall found and killed by my guest. Disappointed I was!

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The room was ok, there were stains on the floor. Other than that it was clean. However I do have a complaint, I didn't notice if there was a quiet time for the hotel, but at 11:00pm there were kids running, screaming & slamming doors outside our room and we were trying to sleep. I did call the front desk to complain and they said they would address the situation but it took about a hr until things finally calmed down and it was quiet. The room service was excellent. I would probably stay at this hotel again if I was in the area.

Nice Hotel, great friendly staff

My stay at this hotel was great, the staffs were great, clean room, quiet neighborhood, close to the Marta train and close my some restaurants to eat. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay alittle outside of Atlanta.
