The home was clean on arrival, and the kitchen and laundry room were equipped with modern, high-quality appliances, which was a nice touch.However, there were a number of issues that made the stay less enjoyable than expected. The T-Mobile WiFi was extremely unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The back sliding door to the patio could not be locked, which felt unsafe. While the décor was trendy, the furniture itself wasn’t very comfortable for relaxing after a long day.For a property at this price point, we were also surprised to find no laundry detergent or facial tissues provided—basic items we’ve come to expect in comparable rentals.Overall, it’s a great location with some good features, but the issues left us feeling the value didn’t quite match the cost. ##### Neal W.
