Checking in was simple. The room was spacious and clean. The exterior door on the second floor is supposed to be locked at all times and only accessible via key card. That door was not locked at any time. The railings at the steps going into the shallow end of the pool were very loose. The exterior of the property had trash strewn about. During breakfast, one of the hotel staff had terrible body odor, it almost made my daughter gag as he walked by.

The price was ok. I always clean my room when I first get there. The pool was full of bugs swimming around. The breakfast ran out so quickly not enough staff to keep up with demand. The hallways had a terrible smell to it and was very stained.

The bedroom was fairly clean & comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The workout room seemed unclean and no cleaning supplies were available (wipes inaccessible & cleaning spray empty), smart tv not easy to use (google login required to log into streaming services, but TV very glitchy). Staff was attentive.
