### NEW Two Bedroom Suite Nestled in Stunning Backyard Garden

Sleep comfortably in this quiet two bedroom suite with futon located in the Kingswood neighborhood in Athens. The suite is located on the upper story of our guest house and was built in 2024\. Two parking spots are available in our driveway, which leads to a short path to the exterior stairs. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a swing, towering Georgia pines, and beautiful vegetation designed by a master gardener. The neighborhood is quiet and includes a two mile loop for walking and nature trail along the river.   
  
The suite includes a kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, fridge and microwave, full size laundry machines, and living room with television and games. Both bedrooms include queen size beds with new mattresses and closet space, and the living room includes a futon with a thick and comfortable mattress. The bathroom is stylishly tiled and includes towels, shampoos and soaps. Paned windows offer plenty of light and views of the neighborhood foliage.  
  
Whether game day, graduation weekend, or a weekend getaway to Athens, we look forward to hosting you at our place!
