Welcome to this beautifully updated one-story home designed to host up to ten guests comfortably. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home is thoughtfully styled and furnished to create a warm, inviting stay.

All bedrooms include Smart TVs, crisp linens, and plush towels
Primary suite features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and dual vanities
Second suite also offers a king bed and its own private bathroom
Living area includes a full-size sleeper sofa for added sleeping space
Kitchen boasts sleek stainless appliances, a two-seat bistro nook, and a breakfast bar with seating for four
Outdoor space includes a fully fenced backyard (note: not pet-secure)

Guests will receive a door code the day prior or the morning of their reservation.

A car will most likely be needed. There is also a bus that stops nearby. Uber and Lyft are also accessible.

IMPORTANT: Before receiving check-in instructions, you must sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. If you would like to review our rental agreement prior to your reservation, just request a copy and we will send you one.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our
travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage
for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer
the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days prior to check-in for a
100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally,
if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest
easy knowing that we've got you covered.

Pets are welcome on the premises, and a pet fee of $125 applies. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste or additional charges may apply.
