Thank you so much for checking out our listing! We welcome the responsible traveler over the age of 25\. This Dawg House is a newly remodeled home in a small neighborhood. A mile from the UGA Softball/Soccer Stadium, Georgia Botanical Gardens and UGA Golf Course. 2 miles to Five Points and 3.5 miles to Sanford Stadium and UGA Campus. We have cameras located on the front and back porch for security. Rental contract is required to be signed within 48 hours of booking.
