"Our stay was really good. I loved how we could text for the items we needed and it was brought to our room quickly. The food at the Hideaway was really good. Check in took a long time and the breakfast at the Bayside Diner was not that great however our stay was quite enjoyable."

"This was the perfect property to stay at for one night, to get the two day express passes for Isles of adventure and Universal Studios. It was walking distance on the hotel to both parks.. We had no problems parking in the hotel car park suggest you arrive early in the morning though."

"Things to know. The shuttle does not return you from the parks after 8:40. If you want to stay until close at Universal you will need to walk or take a lyft. Epic is a 2 hour walk so you must use some sort of transportation. We were happy with the morning shuttle pickup. There is a $30 per night parking fee which is standard for hotels this close. Also. If you see the sign that mentions whirlpool, there is none. On the other had, it was kept clean, staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. The parking to the back is a little confusing when you first come in the back entrance. There is no signage pointing to the lobby and it feels like a staff area. Just go in and take a right. Check in was easy. Beds were nice and comfy."
