"The beds were very uncomfortable, seemed like very old mattresses. The coffee pot had an old used filter still in it, making it obvious the coffee maker was not cleaned. This property is old and needs updating. The strong smell of Lysol or other cleaning product did not match the cleanliness. The staff was very friendly. "

"Pros: Spacious, brand new rooms w lots of hooks on the walls/bathroom and drawers in the built-in/dresser/under the bed. Great bfast included (yummy croissants!), warm cookies in the afternoon (they run out quickly though), and ample ski gear storage. V convenient location right in the village. Heated pool and two hot tubs were a huge plus every afternoon. Lots of indoor + outdoor common space to hang out if traveling in a group. Free EV charging and nice, new gym (with Pelotons!) were a nice bonus too. Cons: Casting function on the TVs did not work (we had 5 rooms in our group, and none of us were able to put a show on for our kids). Fridge was broken, but quickly replaced. Valet only (be prepared to wait) for $35/night. No food or drink service by the pool, and no one there to help w umbrellas. Be prepared to walk up the stairs and back into the main lobby for any service. "

"Room had a nauseating smell, wall shook from washing machine, hear the dryer squealing all times of the day, spa was unusable, towels had holes in them, breakfast was not good and lacking, no water pressure, bed kept rolling away from the wall. Disappointing from compared to years past when we last stayed there. "

"If you are just looking for a place to crash out, this is it. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. I do recommend that you ask for a room that doesn’t have anyone above you if possible. The people above us were so loud and walking around and dropping and dragging things all night. Could have been a big dog do all we know but it was very disruptive. "

"Lovely stay! We loved the hot tub and sauna, the massive fireplace in the lobby, and the food options onsite (crepes & coffee truck and a bar/restaurant). Staff was always friendly and helpful! Easy location to get anywhere in the Mammoth area. Loved having our furry friend with us as well :)"

"I did not expect this place to be as disgusting as it was. When I first walked in, it seems like a typical motel. But I went straight to shower, and I have never seen so much mold in any shower. At first I noticed it on the caulking. But the mold was everywhere on the tile, tile grout and all the up to the ceiling. The towels were also stained yellowish. I kept finding hair, that did not match my hair all over - in the covers/sheets, shower, all surfaces. The ac also could use a clean, there was a lot of visible debris. I woke up with itchy bumps and a bug on the comforter of the bed. I took a picture and showed the front desk clerk. He said that they were not bed bugs and that he could not help me, walked away and refused to speak with me! "
