Located just across the street, the Ruby Park Transit Center offers convenient, complimentary bus service to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass), as well as to the Aspen Airport. #### The BEST VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!!

This will be my new go-to in Aspen! First of all, It gorgeous! The beds and pillows are so comfortable, it is furnished well and very clean, the shower has great water pressure, there was nice wine glasses(important!), there is a game cabinet, the kitchen is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need, the grocery store is only a few blocks away, the sound of the running river made the mornings tranquil. I was so impressed! Thank you for a fabulous experience! Highly recommended!!!

#### Amazing stay!

We booked a summer roadtrip very spontaneously to Colorado and were so lucky to have found this amazing gem. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Everything you will ever need is here and more. So many little details that made our stay special, from a welcome basket with snacks to the modern lighting in all the rooms to the view (and sounds!) of the river right out our window. Don't hesitate to book a stay here. Had great communication with the host and felt very well cared for.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. Fantastic space with completely updated amenities. The Roaring Fork River in the backyard is completely underrated. Wonderfully peaceful and relaxing stay. Ali was super responsive and checked in to ensure we were happy with our stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Aspen.

#### Fall CO Vacation

My husband and I were very pleased with the condo unit. It is was good as the photos and descriptions posted and very comfortable. The creek below the balcony was awesome! We used the condo as our base to visit Aspen and the surrounding mountains. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops literally blocks away. The perfect sunny weather was icing on the cake. We highly recommend this unit!

#### Best Location and Condo Ever!

This lovely condo is equipped with everything you could need for a beautiful Aspen vacation. It is located just 6 blocks away from all the shops and restaurants. The river view and soothing sound are amazing. The condo is emaculated and has all the extras. Additionally, Ali and Marc are an excellent property management team. They are proactive, service-focused, and always available. Book with confidence!

#### Absolutely beautiful spot

We skiied at Aspen Highlands and Aspen Snowmass. This was the perfect stop over location for hanging with friends. Easy walking distance to the bars and restaurants. The place is beautifully styled. We loved the amenities, heated bathroom floors, thoughtful touches like snacks and water in the room, and the great atmosphere.

Ali’s property is truly an Aspen gem and I cannot wait to return. The condo is meticulously clean and has everything you could need or want. Additionally, the location is perfect. It’s walking distance to everything in town and the view is incredible.

Location, location, location is everything while on vacation and this does not disappoint!! Within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants……5 minute walk to city market. Easy access to all mountains 30 minute drive to Snowmass and 15 minutes to Buttermilk. Condo is professionally designed and overlooks the river.. Sit by the fire after a long day of skiing!!! Our family will definitely be back!!!

#### Soothing Sounds

Beautiful property on the river. We enjoyed the sound of water rushing over rocks as we sipped cocktails in the evening and as we drank coffee to start our day. The balcony is the perfect extension of the living area with giant windows. The finishes and furniture were all high end and made for a beautiful environment that compliments the natural setting beyond. We want to go back!
