"Checkin was amazing . The concierge held our luggage and we hit the town. Our room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great, many different types of food and all fresh. Coffee was also great. We picked this for the location and it did not dissapont. We took the metro and walked everywhere . "

"My 2nd stay. The room is clean as usual. The staff are courteous and friendly. Particularly check-in staff May was especially helpful and polite. We were given complimentary drink when the room was not ready, and also complementary breakfast for our stay (a pleasant surprise). Overall, very enjoyable experience staying at Kowloon Shangri-la hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍"
