"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. "Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing. It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. "The staff are very helpful and attentive! They made our stay very comfortable. Good clean and comfortable room, nice bathroom. We had the continental club lounge which was lovely to relax in, with a good choice of drinks, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very good location for shopping, and fairly close to the ferry. It feels clean, elevated contemporary. We were sad to leave! Please be aware the location shown by Expedia is incorrect. The hotel is at the northern end of the Harbourside mall and a good 10 minutes walk to the Star ferry. "
