Lakeshore Park within one mile, and just 7 miles west to Geneva on the Lake! Conneaut Beach is 7 miles due east! Public Tennis courts and Harbor Topky Library across the street! Historic Bridge street is just around the corner within a half mile for dining and shopping! Fishing charters excursions and did I say close to wineries!

Lines and Lures Lakehouse is a cozy antique inspired family home featuring a Lake Erie view with a spacious front porch to enjoy lake views and breezes. Three bedrooms each featuring a queen sized bed! One full bathroom with a nice tub shower. New Samsung high efficiency washer and dryer in the basement for your convenience. Central air conditioning! Relax and enjoy dish television in the spacious living room and master bedroom. Wireless internet! Enough seating in the living room to comfortably seat 6 adults on comfy cozy genuine leather seating. Have your meals on a dining room table for six. The kitchen features a new samusung stainless refrigerator with ice maker, new samsung glass top range, microwave, as well as plates, silverware, drinkware, coffee maker, crock pot, pots and pans for cooking, and a keurig coffee machine. There is a decent sized enclosed front porch to catch those summertime lake breezes. Step out of the slider doors onto a 10 x 10 deck !

We truly enjoyed our stay! Julie was great to work with and check-in was a breeze. The property is in a great location, view from the house of the lake horizon was beautiful! Easily accessible to many popular spots nearby. The house was super clean, neat and tidy and gave us plenty of space. Great choice for a stay in Ashtabula!

Stay here!

If you need a place to stay in Ashtabula, don’t think twice stay here! The property is super convenient to the beach and harbor area. The house is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Julie could not have been any more helpful and communication was quick. We will be definitely staying again when we are in town!

Property was clean and inviting. A/C both upstairs and downstairs. Had been remodeled and everything worked flawlessly. It was great having off-street parking. Plenty of towels and even beach towels for the beach. Easy walk to Walnut beach and all the shops in the Harbor.

Beautiful home away from home Location Location Location

We were on our annual sister (and husbands) getaway weekend. We loved the location for walking to everything we wanted to see and do. The house is lovely and has everything that you need. The host is very generous with towels and that was appreciated. The house is just like the one we raised our children in and we hope to return in 2025/.

quick little beach weekend

Perfect spot, entrance to the beach is right across the street, comfy little place. A grill or firepit would have been a great upgrade- there are no public ones down at the beach, but all in all, it was a quiet spot close enough for the kids to walk back and forth to the lake when they wanted, just what i was aiming for

SPECTACULAR

Lake house exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed was included, Julie was a very kind, fantastic host and responded straight away to any messages we sent. The lake house was nicely decorated, spacious, extremely cozy, immaculately CLEAN, warm and our stay was sooo relaxing. Located on a quiet street with views of the beach and lake from the front porch. It was fanatic that we could bring our 2 dogs and they really enjoyed being with us on vacation. The beach says no dogs, but it was quiet so we took them anyways and had no issues. Great variety of restaurants and bars just a 5 minute walk away. Thank you for having us all. Lucy, Marc, Milo and Ellie 😊 - we will be back for sure!

Comfortable house, good location, great time.

This appealing Ashtabula house is spotlessly clean, appropriately decorated and very comfortable. The three bedrooms are smallish, but they each have dressers and good-sized closets in them. The bedding is attractive and of good quality, and the beds themselves are comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen are both well-equipped. The location of the house is excellent, with Lake Erie just across the street, the library and Hubbard House just steps away, and within walking distance of the harbor. Julie was a pleasure to deal with throughout. We were very fortunate in the weather for our February visit - unusually mild with no snow - but I can imagine that it would be a treat to stay at the house in the late spring, summer, and early fall, so as to be able to use the sunroom (enclosed porch), deck, and backyard. Thank you, Julie: we had a lovely time.
