"Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Fitness room was not great."

"The only issues I had were - my bathroom door had a giant hole in it, like it had been kicked or something. And it was dirty, the bathroom door. It had a white powdery substance on it. My sheets also had hair on them, it looked like dog hair and long blonde hair. "

"The room was outdated and needed a good cleaning. The towels were so stained that we wouldn’t use them…the breakfast was a package of muffins or a packaged cinnamon roll. Cheap to sleep but that’s all! Was worried about parking all night in the back parking lot by our room-it was sketchy!"

"Clean room as expected, being part of the honors! The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower. My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none! When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better! I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103! "

"We had an amazing stay at Landoll’s Castle. It’s a beautiful property and the staff was very attentive, helpful, welcoming and accommodating. Some of the furniture in our suite was worn or broken, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. We can’t wait to go back!"
