Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with a shower dispenser stocked with Paya shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Enjoy extras like under-sink water filtration and a starter bag of locally roasted PennyCup coffee. Relax with cable TV and high-speed WiFi. Entry is easy and secure with a personal door code emailed 24 hours before arrival along with check-in instructions. Supplies were handy and/or easy to find - towels, extra blankets, etc. The check-in process was easy. Nancy (the host) was quick in her responses and easy to communicate. The location was convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate (the reason for our visit), but the actually location was not picturesque. There is an industrial complex across the street and a good view of the highway. Our biggest issue was the very loud HVAC system. Even though the details of room 301 warns you that light sleepers should not rent this room, it does not really do justice to how loud the system actually is. Sleeping was not really the problem, but we had to turn the TV up quite loud to hear it over the roar of the system every time it turned on. If you do rent in this complex, I would not stay on the 3rd floor. ##### Rueanna C. The host was friendly and always available.This is the perfect spot to stay close enough to downtown Asheville and West Asheville w/o dealing w the traffic. The location is awesome, the king bed was really comfortable, and you could tell the unit was new. The only thing preventing the 5 star review was the neighbors. The unit above us had some very noisey kids and they were constantly screaming and running around. I asked the manager is she could ask them to quiet down and that seemed to help for about an hour. The property was the perfect size for the 2 of us, and was way better than any of the hotel options available. It was modern and very clean, had ample on-site parking, and contained everything we needed to support our weekend getaway. When we noticed the iron was missing from our room upon our arrival, I texted the host who responded immediately, and was so kind to drop one off for us the very next morning. The location was in walking distance, or a short drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go (and we ventured to a lot of places!)... and the highway was easily accessible for our longer journeys outside the city.
