"This historic hotel is delightful, you can see the attention to details in the decor. So glad we stayed two nights. Beds were comfy, rooms are small as to be expected in a historic place. The only concern for us was you will hear others walking and talking in the a.m., so not a place to sleep in. Its perfect for the railway, two blocks away. I could see the stairs could be in issue for some folks for the upstairs rooms. If you like history and charm, you'll be enchanted with this little treasure. Its delightful."

"I don’t know who gave this place a 9.0 rating. I would not rate this place above a 2. The cheap metal beds are uncomfortable the shower head was more like a garden hose and the heater made bad noises after running for a few minutes their are nicer places in Williams and towards the canyon"

"The rooms were nice and clean. The facility is pretty neat, the staff was absolutely awful. People waited for over an hour in line 2 different days and worse kindly talking to the staff and the staff was so disrespectful to the people I would never stay or recommend this place. "

Dont remember her name but Terrible service she has rude and wouldn't let you serve your self comfortable, she had always something to say . And made everyone uncomfortable. Also rooms had lots of hairs and bathrooms weren't clean. No soaps and hand soaps inside bathrooms. Terrible experience dont come here! "

"This is definitely an older hotel with some need for renovation. Everything was clean enough and well cared for. Breakfast was plentiful and had nice choices. Staff were friendly. The rooms and facility feel basic but were a solid choice."
