"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Funicolare. Beautiful view from the hotel and a lovely overall experience. Special mention and thank you to Luana working at reception, she is very professional, kind and was attentive throughout the stay. Her customer service was excellent and she genuinely made guests feel welcome and looked after. The road is not easy if you’re coming from the Swiss side. It’s much easier to come through the Italian side."
