The bright kitchen, equipped with an oven and dishwasher, opens into a room illuminated by large windows, with a dining table for 4 a sitting area with a sofa and Smart TV; there is also the large terrace for dining and relaxing, equipped with a table for 4-6 people, deckchairs and a view of Peace Park. The bedroom has a double bed, so the apartment is perfect for a couple, but it is also ideal for families or groups of friends: the sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). Everything is complemented by two bathrooms: one complete with shower stall, and a second service bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. To reach what is perhaps the best attraction of all, the Lido di Locarno, on the other hand, all you need to do is walk for just five minutes.
