This modern apartment, furnished with taste and creativity, is located within a newly built building in a quiet residential area. The large and bright living room is composed as follows: an area with a sofa and TV in which to rest and read a book; a dining area with a round dining table for 4 people, in front of the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need; a space with a second sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). From here you can access the large terrace, where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate in different seasons, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom is a double bedroom, with a large closet to store your entire wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use concludes the apartment. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
