  • Son Calletes is an authentic Mallorcan finca located in Artà, in the heart of the island. The property offers 160 m² of interior space, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with capacity for up to six guests. Perfect for families or groups looking for peace and privacy surrounded by nature.



    The outdoor area is a highlight: a large private pool measuring 15 x 3.5 m, a fully fenced garden with terrace and balcony, and two covered parking spaces. The rustic character of the finca is combined with modern comforts: air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.



    The three bedrooms include a large double bed, a double bed, and two single beds. Both bathrooms feature a bathtub. Bed linen and towels are included.



    The property is fully fenced and child-friendly, with a cot available. Artà is one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca, home to a magnificent medieval castle, and is just a short drive from beaches such as Colònia de Sant Pere and Canyamel.

Wunderschöne Finca in toller Lage

Pros: Wir waren rundum zufrieden & es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage war super, man ist schnell an versch. Stränden & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Cati, ihr Mann & die Töchter waren sehr nett & hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.

Erholung in entspanntem Ambiente

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche auf der Finca genossen. Das Haus im typischen Finca-Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lediglich die Küchenzeile ist etwas schmal. Ansonsten war alles top. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war ausgesprochen nett. Vielen Dank an Cati und ihre Familie für Wein, frische Eier usw.

Ländliche Erholung Purr

Pros: Absolut ruhige Lage der Finca .Auto fahrzeit nach Arta 3 Minuten Top Ländliches Feeling purr. Zu Fuss jedoch sehr gefährlich weil man muß der Hauptverkehrslage entlang gehen..über die Feldwege eher nicht zu empf. Weil immer wieder Zäune und Grundstücksabsperrungen sind.Immer wieder Finca SON CALETTA .Echter ERHOLUNGSFAKTOR DORT .Orig alte gepflegtes Gebäude .super Nette Gastgeber. Vielen Dank CATI auch an deine ganze Fam.
