"I could not have been more pleased with the personalized attention and excellence of the staff at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful in every way. The service was impeccable. The pool/spa is incredible and worth the stay itself. I hope to return again."
"Loved our stay at Seehof Arosa! Short walk from the station but slopes involved. There is a shuttle in the morning that can be arranged from the hotel to the train station. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room is older style with physical key, toilet a little dated but nothing bad. We had a comfortable stay and the view from the room balcony was absolutely stunning!! Only hiccup was hotel asking us to pay upon checkout when we made prepayment to hotels.com already so there was delay sorting it...
"It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee. "
"Pretty basic hotel, but perfectly fine for a trip where you spend most of your time on the slopes or in town anyway. It's about a ten-minute walk to the lift (or the train station), or you can take the free Arosa bus. Breakfast was fairly basic, but everything was really good, especially the bread, and a good start to a day of skiing. I'd come back!"

"What are the things most people ask …. The room was comfortable - had a desk and desk chair - has a safe - hair dryer and towel warmer - note NO AC - but we were fortunate the weather wasn’t terribly hot - we opened the windows. With the exception of traveling suitcases on the pavement outdoors it was fairly quiet after 11:00. The breakfast buffet is a traditional Swiss buffet of slices meats, cheeses, boiled eggs and lots of breads croissants etc. plenty of coffee and juices. I should add they also provide a converter at the desk which is nice - they have a kitchen with a refrigerator but there is a sign that use of the stove or oven is not permitted by law….."
"When you check-in to this comfortable little hotel with an Italian flair, the lovely and endlessly helpful Bianca will be waiting for you. Let me just say it straight out - she is GREAT! Very welcoming and no problem is too difficult for her. She gets everything set-up quickly, is full of information that she is ready and eager to share to make your stay more pleasant, and she solves any issue one might have with efficiency and a smile.
My wife and I happened to arrive with a potentially huge problem, and Bianca fixed it in literally 5 minutes. We are so grateful to her.
Additionally, her colleague, a young man also working Reception, seemed like a friendly person, too, who was eager to help. We didn’t get to interact with him too much, but when we did, he was very accommodating, as well. So upon arrival, before we even saw the room, we were already satisfied and happy.
The room was comfortable with a stove and refrigerator, which we didn’t expect, the bathroom was big enough, and there was even a little balcony (we didn’t use it, though - too cold outside).
So we were pleased and do recommend this hotel. Bon voyage!"
