"Fantastic stay at Cleopatra Hotel. All the staff were fantastic. They even gave me a birthday cake and made my day extra special. Lovely location and couldn’t fault anything. Will stay again!"
"First visit, and the property is amazing! Large, clean rooms, good food, and the staff are AWESOME! Always available to answer questions and help however possible. Cannot wait to return!"
"All staff were very welcoming, pleasant and kind, everyone is happy to help, easy check in/check out, facilities all nice and clean, room was well presented and clean. Location is nice and quiet, lovely surrounding area, nice and safe, nice walk down to the beach and close to the main bus stop. Made the holiday so fantastic, would definitely return and recommend. "
"Overall, a very pleasant weekend. However, as previously mentioned, the room was disappointing. It was on the first floor, and very close to the main pool. There were a large number using the pool, which inevitably caused a lot of noise. On checking out, the staff advised us to email them next time, and they will do their best to allocate a better room."

"Had a lovely couple days at this hotel everything screamed luxury!
When we arrived we were greeted by Bruno and he really set our holiday off to a good start he was welcoming, we mentioned we had a car to explore and he recommended some amazing places, thank you Bruno!
The weather wasn’t great but we were in for a treat when we discovered the pool is heated, we didn’t really use the facilities as the pool had no music or atmosphere. The evenings were also as lovely was a wake so we got a taxi into town for around 12/15 euro "

"We stayed at La Siesta for 5 days and had an amazing time. The rooms are lovely and clean, great food options and the service/staff were so accommodating. Would like to say a big thankyou to Patricia on reception who ensured our 2 rooms were located close to each other for convenience. "

"For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! Those wanting to cool off chose the top pool.
We will definitely come back every year as this part of Tenerife is fantastic… thank you for a lovely stay "
