"This is an older facility that has recently been meticulously renovated and professionally decorated . The bathroom has all new tile, modern fixtures, a nice walk-in showers with a wonderful waterfall shower head. The lighting in the bathroom is not very good. Tlhere is a nice bright light in the shower but it backlights you when you look in the mirror. The mirror has florescent light; around the rim of the mirror but it doesn't do very well. My issues were with the electrical system. There was literally one two pronged outlet available. Nothing near the bed. You have to unplug the refrigerator to use the coffee maker and the cord for the coffee maker is so short, you have to put it on the floor to use it. We stayed two nights and the room can be cleaned on request but if you donuts request then you have only two coffee pouches to use both days. Same with towels. Only two bath towels. I certainly have no problem having $100 charged to my card for "incidentals" like minibar, snacks etc. but there NO INCIDENTALS in the room Closing on a good note, the bed is so comfortable!"

"The person who checked us into the room was in India and we interacted through a kiosk in the tiny office. The English of the person was bad and they didn't understand me. For example, he kept saying "two others". I kept telling him there was just two of us. I'm not an others. Many extra step than it usually takes to check in. I needed to scan my badge for him, since he was in India. Also, he needed a picture of me posing while holding up my ID. Not just me, but also my adult son had to provide an ID and pose with it. And the rental car license plate number was mandatory. Can't check in without it. The door to the room was bowed in and barely functional. There was no shampoo in the room. Our room was above the garbage dumpster, and the early morning trash pickup was very loud. Crazy place."
