Way too much cement and large empty unused areas of cement make the area around the pool several degrees hotter and could easily be improved by planting a few more trees; games room need upgrading - old, broken ping pong and foosball tables; restaurant service was inconsistent - sometimes great, other times was not; coffee should be provided in the room every morning and not just the first morning (especially in a country that produces so much coffee). Overall we had a very good visit, largely because the kids had a great time, but could have been made much better with just a little bit more effort."
