The water pressure was awful, toilets clogged often, and the refrigerator was rusted and barely cooling.The property also has major leaks — both floors flooded during rain. The host claimed not to know, which is hard to believe. Communication was terrible: late check-in instructions, ignored calls and messages, and VRBO had to step in.This house is poorly maintained, misrepresented, and unsafe for guests.The only positive: the residential complex itself is beautiful, private, and secure with a lovely beach. We highly recommend the complex — just stay in any other house but this one."
