"This is the type of place you go to get away from everyday life. It is tranquil, relaxing, quiet and you get treated like family by both the owner and the other guests that seem to come back again, and again. The hot spring feeds the main pool and hot tubs which will help you relax. I will say, the location is a bit remote and if you plan on traveling to this resort, you should plan accordingly. "The staff in dining area were excellent, friendly, and very attentive. Lunch was the best meal of the day. Our room was clean and spacious - we stayed in the log cabins. The beach didn't have lounge chairs this time around and the swings were so high up you couldn't use them at all. Wi-fi was paid for in advance but not provided in our room and had to bring up to the front desk - didn't know this was an amenity that isn't included for all but with Hotels.com it was."
