"Traveling through the area. Arrived at 7pm, was told the elevator was broken and our room is on third floor. I said I was disabled, no room change. No choice but to like it or find other accommodations. Made it to third floor, and floor was full of kids banging doors all night, and coming and going all night. Terrible experience."
