"Owners were there with outstanding friendliness ready to assist. Made our stay great"

"At this price point, you need to be able to use the water for a shower or to brush your teeth. The oder made putting the water on you or in your mouth impossible. Had to use bottles of water. The owners use of air fresheners (pine Forrest) especially upstairs was over done the scent was on steroids. "

"Great property, very close to the discgolf tournament we had , very clean and at a great price for the weekend "

"Comfortable, spacious and pet friendly. Excellent location for access to Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek Ski Area"

"There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place."
