"I enjoyed the historic hotel and you can’t beat the location. Not all the staff but some seemed indifferent or even bothered by having to engage with me. Hate to say it but that was a vibe I got from the entire town of Durango. Not rude but just no pleasantries. Either way a neat place to stay and the Diamond Belle was a fun experience. Staff there was very friendly. "

"If you like to support small, local businesses, this is a good place to do that. It’s a 1950s/1960s style motel, which can be great sometimes and scary sometimes. This one is quite good. The property manager is friendly and on top of his game. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It’s an older property without a lot of frills. But our stay was fine and completely uneventful. "

"Not our first stay at Wyndham Pagosa and it wint be our last. The property is always beautiful and well maintained. There was so much to do in town this weekend and the staff made sure we knew everything that was offered. Cant wait to come back. "

"The hotel features large suites, new furniture, two large TVs , easy parking and is about a five minute drive to old town. We’ve stayed there before and will again. "

"Surprised at the smell of popcorn when we checked in. I love popcorn and they have a popcorn machine for a few hours in the afternoon. Also had fresh baked cookies. Ended up being our dinner. I was happy! Rooms are nice, clean and have a microwave and mini fridge. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good, what you would expect. Only 2 miles to the train station, so it was convenient. The only negative I have is there are no restuarants to walk to. "

"The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Our room faced the river and would have been very relaxing if we could have heard the river. There is a very busy road across the river from the hotel and all we could hear was the traffic. And the homeless fighting below our room. "
