"Pool was nice so was work out room. Our room carpet was dirty, tv did not work door latch was broken. Elevator made strange sounds so we took the stairs and there are chipped broken tiles on landings and carpet was dirty on stairs. The bed was uncomfortable very hard. "

People were watching TV and laughing at 3:00 a.m. we got little sleep. But what can I do or the Hotel.
