"I didn’t realize the date had changed to the wrong date and could not get a refund. I had to pay for a room I did not get to use. Expedia was not helpful and told me the hotel said they would not refund. When I called the hotel they said they would refund my money I just had to go through my third party booking. Expedia did not support me they are not helpful like they use to be. I will take my business elsewhere"
