"My stay was great at this hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. Breakfast was good and seating was very nice. Room and common areas were clean. Happy with my experience at this hotel."

"The spa is no longer there, despite being advertised. The restaurant has a very limited menu and does not offer room service, rather room delivery (think to-go containers). The lobby is drenched in an awful, headache-inducing perfume that makes it intolerable. The rooms are wonderful, as is the location, which is why we enjoyed staying there for many years before the recent changes listed above."

"When I pulled away the covers to go to bed I found some nasty used wrap bandage in my bed, which makes me wonder if my bedding was cleaned. I told the front desk the next day. I guess I got a sorry, but “Ewe!!”"

"We had just an okay stay at this hotel. THe most concerning aspect was the lack of staff present to help. In the morning (from 7- 9 am), there was a locked grail across staff welcoming center and no note about whether staff may be back or not. Similarly, arriving at night, the staff presence was minimal. The room was quite dated and worn, with stains over the outside and inside of the refrigerator and multiple stains in the bathroom. By the way, this hotel brand does not provide hand towels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel."

"The large pool area with the salt water pool was thoroughly enjoyed by my grandsons. The hot tub was large and very relaxing. The breakfast consisted of a waffle bar, another item my grandsons were extremely happy about. Our room was large and very comfortable. The staff that we interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable."
