"The location was great! It was pleasant to see so many wild dear around and the animals at the back of the property was fun to see. Plus the food vouchers for porters restaurant was awesome!"

"When I booked the room it stated that it had a two burners or microwave and a refrigerator so I went out and purchased items for breakfast like eggs and bacon and stuff and I could not cook it because there was not one pot pan or anything not even drinking glasses in this room when we went downstairs to ask why they said that they weren't doing that anymore even though they advertise the place as being the kitchenette if you want to call it that not a good scenario that's bad bad advertising"

"Hello, I would like to request compensation regarding my recent stay. The property listing on Expedia was misleading and did not clearly disclose that there would be no kitchen, limited living space, and no private bathroom for almost $198 per night. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dusty and dirty, there were spider webs throughout the space, and the trash bin was already full upon arrival. We requested a room change, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues. We traveled from another state expecting a comfortable stay, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I have photos documenting the condition of the property and would appreciate a partial refund, compensation, or travel credit for this experience."
