"Tengo que actualizar mi opinion sobre el resort luego de culminar mi estadia debido al trato atento del personal. Mi primera impresion al momento del check in fue pesima, habia una fila que duro casi una hora, a las 9 pm, con dos niños cansados luego de venir de un parque de Disney, ni agua de atencion, nada, la fila avanzaba extremadamente lenta, es inviable no tener una opcion de check in online que haga esto mucho mas fluido, no puedo ocurrir, una hora de fila. al momento del mismo, un fee imprevisto de 30 y algo de dolares, que en la pagina de expidia donde realice la reserva no figuraba de manera clara. arranque peor no podia ser, pero ahi los chicos del check in empatizaron y supieron mejorar la experiencia con atenciones. la habitacion era super grande, camas comodas, alquilamos una villa, muy equipada, vista al lago, la verdad que pudimos descansar. utilizamos las bicicletas y tambien el parque de agua, que si bien no es muy grande, para pasar medio dia da muy bien, pudimos hacer un late check out lo cual fue super util para luego comer algo y ya irnos al hotel de universal."

"This resort is perfect! From the time of our arrival until departure the experience was good. The villa was nice and clean, comes with a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. The property is clean and well kept. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect. We stayed here for our Disney trip and it didn’t disappoint. It was approximately 12-15 mins from the park. Parking is not included so there is a $30 charge per day. I would definitely stay here again even if it’s for a vacation without going to Disney. Book, you will not be disappointed!"

"Came here to say this hotel was great for my wife and I. The amenities were great. 8 minute drive to magic kingdom. The buffet breakfast was phenomenal! Mini Mickey Mouse head waffles were very good! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel !"
