"Tive problema com a água quente, liguei p a recepção, falaram q iam mandar alguém e não mandaram. Tomei banho frio. Só no dia seguinte, qdo reclamei novamente, foi q mandaram. Achei um absurdo. Gaveta da mesa de cabeceira tb não fechava. "
