"Bait and switch, looks very nice online. Traveling with 5 people, The “suite” is two double beds that do not sleep two people each. One pullout couch and no option for a cot. The restaurant was bad. The pool is tiny and was packed with people to the point that my kids didn’t even want to get in. Paper thin walls so you’ll be up all night hearing other guests and the planes. "

"The only good thing here was the breakfast. The first room they gave us smelled overwhelmingly of mold. They were friendly and accommodating and gave us a different room. That one smelled okay. There was a blood stain on the duvet in that room. The elevator shook and seemed like it was on its last leg. I would not stay here again. "

"Loved the views of the planes landing and taking off from SFO. 2 great restaurants right next to us with a lovely cafe called the apron just across the street. Really quiet area. Room was ok. Could use a little updating. Moving the screen door was a little tricky as it kept getting stuck. Key did not work the second day but helpful staff were right there. Love the staff!!!"

"Thin walls, I could hear so much. Had to sleep with ear plugs. Don't sit on the blue/greenish couch in lobby, you'll fall through! But it's a super short Uber ride to a great little area with good food and cute shops."
