Anza Lagoon Tours and Activities

The staff member at my check out needs to be sent,by management, to a customer service training. This guy completely ruined my morning at check out. This otherwise smart head has zero manners and need to be reminded that guests have to be treated with respect. I asked him to for an invoice at check out and he sat there working with his personal lap top. Meanwhile I’m waiting the entire time until my Uber arrived. Approximately 9 minutes lack of respect and zero communication I told him before I left how he made me feel. Otherwise the stay was ok

The room was amazing and the restaurant patio was relaxing with amazing views. Staff were attentive and friendly. Very busy and happening hotel.
