The location of the property was great as it was quite close to the mall in the city centre. The room was very basic but had a bed, shower and toilet. If you are going to be sightseeing all day then it’s just what you need. The staff were lovely and cost for the week was low. The photos on the site must be old photos as mine were taken last week of room 305. No bulbs in the lamps or casing on the lights. Quite a noisy part of town to stay in but it depends what you want from your stay.

The room I've gotten had nothing but 2 beds and a floor fan, not even any hangers. It was an economy room, so the bathroom was shared, but I did not expect it to be a hole in the floor instead of a toilet. No fridge or even a kettle, so for anything you'd need to go outside. But it's always a pleasure to have a cup of Turkish tea in a coffee nearby. When I wanted to change the location the stuff told me they can't do anything to refund me for non used days, so not friendly at all. I have not seen any service, except taking care of trash cans in the corridor. Location is fine, next to a big shopping mall where you can go to get even some food in their food court :) Transport is also nearby as well as food stores. Overall terrible impression, would not recommend to stay in the economy rooms, not sure about other types of rooms in the hotel.

On the other hand, the staff are just there to follow up on the payments and hand over the keys. Nothing more. None of the hotel staff reached the upper floors and reacted during incidents that happened at the midnight hours. I know I was sleepless for so many nights because of the fear that I faced a few nights in a row.

Much of the experience was bad - dirty towel in room (there ws another I could use), dirty bathroom in particular the loo. Later when I checked the description I was not given the room with garden view that I had booked but instead was told I could use the terrace which was facing the petrol station and main road. Last but not least although the lady who came for reception was friendly and gave a good breakfast albeit late the first morning there was nobody and no breakfast at the next day ie the day I was leaving even by 9am. I left and had breakfast opposite the bus station where I was heading off to Antalya. It was off season but the excuse of "not wanting to enter the room when you weren't there" for not cleaning the bathroom is not adequate. Well overpriced for what you get.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The price is reasonable for a few nights .. you can walk to the beach in 45 mins.. grocery stores close by and the mall… I would stay again if you are looking to a budget hotel just to sleep

My stay was very disappointing. The bedsheets were dirty, there was no light in the toilet, and there were no tissues provided. The shower and overall sanitation were also very poor. I hope the management takes immediate action to improve cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.

Very badly maintained, half of the lights did not work, they never cleaned the room unless you specifically tell them, lifts not working for 1 day. I can hear noises from the floor above and next door. Really very rubbish place to stay. You will not enjoy your holiday.

Horrible service, no respect for customers ..avoid

Horrible service, no respect for customers ... to flee. - Service: not warm, no smile. I booked for two nights via Expedia. After one night, they wanted to throw me out. I explained that I booked for two nights but the old man at the reception continued to howl like a dog without respect for me as a customer. I immediately contacted Expedia who resolved the problem. The excuse was that there was a problem in the hotel system which displayed only one night. They could know that I booked 2 nights anyway since I paid on-site for two nights. After the problem was resolved, they did not even come to apologize. - Room: not too clean, dirty pillow - Shower that does not close properly and bad toilets. There are many hotels in Antalya, you can find better
