About this property
Le Parmelan - Beautiful T2 with balcony for up to 4 people
Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the living room has a sofa bed. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).
🅿️ Parking is possible behind the building but space is limited. You can also park on the street or in the public parking next to the building (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays).
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Appartement PARFAIT !
Que ce soit l'emplacement (à 100 mètres du lac et à 50 mètres de tous les commerces (super-marché, boulangerie, poissonnerie, tabac, fruiterie, autobus, tout est à portée de main). Le centre est à 10 minutes à pied. Quant à l'appartement en lui-même, propreté impeccable. Cuisine complète, salle bain (douche italienne, lave-linge) et wc séparés. Grande chambre. Salon (avec table de salle à manger) parfait avec wi-fi, grande télé et ..... balcon donnant sur l'avenue Parmelan. Si la fenêtre est fermée le silence est total dans l'appartement (en été ce serait différent je pense). Je recommande fortement cette location car je ne peux rien dire de mal !!!
