« L’emplacement est parfait, proche des plages merveilleuses, très calme et beau. La maison est grande et belle, on s’y sent bien. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il n’y a pas de sortie direct vers le jardin et la piscine il faut faire le tour de la maison côté rue, pas très pratique en maillots de bains et avec des plateaux si vous voulez prendre un verre dans le jardin. « Everything was fantastic except for the 75 ticket we got for parking on the street when the listing said street parking available we parked within the means of the sign did not block a driveway right in front of the property that we rented but still receive a 75 ticket other than that everything was fantastic »

« Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. « We had a wonderful time. The unit is in a PERFECT location, a really nice part of the island. 2 minute walk from the beach, 5 min walk to Pine Ave where the shops and restaurants are. It has an old Florida feel to it. The condo is very spacious and has plenty of room for our family. I appreciated that the 3rd bedroom is separate, it gave our multi-generational family privacy/space when needed. We used the grill daily and loved eating on the upper deck.
