"When we first arrived, we were so excited to stay at this hotel, as we got a suite that was essentially an apartment to ourselves. Upon check in, I overheard other guests requesting help with their tub, as they turned on the jets, corrosion was coming out and the water would not get hot. This was a brief tell of what to expect. When we got to our suite, we were still so excited about the place as it seemed so clean, until you actually get comfortable. Our bed sheets had an unclean smell to them, and when we peeled the sheets back, we found large yellow stains, almost as if someone had peed the bed, and then remade it. We were only staying for two nights, and as to not make a big deal we slept with blankets we had in the car. When we went to shower in the morning, the shower got hot for 1 minute before becoming frigid and hot water did not return for so long we were forced to take cold showers. The shower head itself had black mold on it. Our room was very hot so we turned on the air conditioner in the room and then that started a drip noise that did not stop through the remainder of our stay. For the price, and the images, and the location, we expected a much cleaner and smoother stay. I am very surprised by all of this. Now, I would like to mention, Liz at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart, and she deserves to work in a place that lives up to her customer service standard."

"Could not get into our room, needed to call to get the code for the key box. The heat did not work initially, but it did eventually. The water was not hot in the shower and we had no TV, even though they said they tried to get somewhere there. The staff was great, but ultimately didn’t solve the TV problem. Not impressed. "

"The location is excellent, we parked and walked the whole time. The room was spotless and efficient. We will stay there again. "

"Beautiful building, lots of classic antique touches, room was spotless, staff was incredible, short walk to water front, and included breakfast was classic. About only complaint I had was the HVAC unit which was like the "Motel #" type, extremely loud, and kept waking me up. "

"The inn was so beautiful and elegant. Check-in was easy and the staff was incredibly responsive. Everything was thoughtful planned and accounted for in advanced. I loved the working fireplace. Thank you for great stay!"

"This condo was everything that we were looking for! First off, it was a beautiful unit from the decor to the exposed brick. The bedrooms were perfectly sized and the beds were super comfy. We also appreciated the extra blankets and firmness options for the pillows! The bathroom was well stocked with good water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed, and then some. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and Michael was quick to respond to all our questions. We especially loved that we were in walking distance to whatever we needed, with the added bonus of being super close to our best friends. We would definitely stay here again!"
