About this property

Private Studio w/ Kitchen and Patio

  • Only 6 miles from Clemson stadiums. The rental is a 500 sq' beautiful studio apartment with parking, coded entrance, and a private courtyard w/ a grill. It also includes a king size bed, an extra thick mattress futon, bathroom and a full kitchen with provided coffee/snacks. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe feeling. I would be more than happy to advise you on things to do and restaurants in the upstate area. I love sharing the beautiful upstate with visitors!
