The property is fully equipped with everything you will need in order to cook, relax and unwind after a long day. The location of this home is a perfect launching point for daily adventures in the Anchorage area and offers quick access to the Seward Highway. Chugach State Park hiking trails are a short 10-minute drive away. The home is 15 minutes from Downtown Anchorage and 10 minutes from the airport. The unique design of this home includes white washed pine tongue and groove ceiling, a spiral staircase and special Alaskan accents. Windows and French doors fill the home with light from every corner all year round. Home is nestled on a large lot with mature birch trees, charming landscaping and a fully fenced-in yard. We had 5 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. It is near to all main roads and easy to access restaurants, shopping and nearby attractions. Our group (5) felt very comfortable. All amenities were taken care of. Great location, too. We had multiple vehicles, but the driveway was huge and accomodated all.
