"The only redeeming quality of this property is the proximity to East Stroudsburg University (the only reason I was in the area), and that it has a bar. The bartender was the absolute most personable guy! Otherwise, the property is very run down. No accessible outlets near the bed. Remnants of something liquid dripping down the wall in one area of my room. Moulding in bathroom had actual mold. An actual gap between the door frame and the door with one of the locks removed. But then again you get what you pay for. There is a sign to 'pardon the appearance during construction', hopefully there are some major upgrades planned. "
